Fitness center expansion progress

SHAW AIR FORCE BASE, S.C. -- The new fitness center annex here nears completetion June 22, 2011. The new exercise room will add an extra 15,000 square feet to the current facility. It is one of the 44 construction projects happening on base. There are approximately $251 million in contracts on the installation geared toward base improvements and quality of life.
