Visitor Center ribbon cutting
110607-F-NG544-018 SHAW AIR FORCE BASE, S.C. -- Maj. Mark Walsh, 20th Security Forces Squadron commander, Col. Walter Fulda, 20th Mission Support Group commander, and Col. Charles Moore, 20th Fighter Wing commander, cut the ribbon to open the new visitor's center here June 7, 2011. The new visitor's center is 1,520 square feet and processes about 500 customers a day. The visitor's center now is in charge of pass and identifications, restricted area badges, decals, defense biometric identification system registration, contractor and agent passes and Geneva Convention cards.
