David Grubbs, Air Force Central chief enlisted manager, presents retired eighth Chief Master Sgt. of the Air Force Sam Parish, with a donation for the Chief Master Sgt. of the Air Force Scholarship Fund, Feb. 25, 2011. Chief Parish has served as the CMSAF Scholarship Fund Committee Chairman since 1988. The CMSAF Scholarship annually awards undergraduate students who are dependent children of active duty or retired enlisted members of the U.S. Air Force, Air National Guard or Air Force Reserve Command.
