Thrift Store Opening
110118-F-4406D-013 SHAW AIR FORCE BASE, S.C.-- Colonel Charles Moore, 20th Fighter Wing commander, cuts the ribbon to open the new thrift store Jan. 18, 2011. The thrift store opened Jan. 18 at its new location, 705 Sycamore Street. Its hours are Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., Wednesdays from 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. and the second Saturday of the month from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Donations and confinements are taken anytime the store is open and go towards base and community charity organizations.
