SAVANNAH, Ga. -- Army Brig. Gen. Jeffery Phillips, deputy commanding general of the Third Infantry Division, and Command Sgt. Maj. Jeffery Ashmen, command sergeant major of the 3rd Infantry Division, stand in the back of a high-mobility, multipurpose wheeled vehicle greeting the crowd at the Savannah, Ga., St. Patrick's day parade. Savannah hosts the second largest St. Patrick's Day parade in the nation. Shaw Air Force Base outdoor recreation took members from Team Shaw to the St. Patrick's Day parade.
