SUMTER, S.C. -- Senior Airman Jeffrey Collins, a performer with Tops in Blue, sings during a performance for the Sumter community at the Patriot Hall Auditorium Feb. 3. Tops in Blue, an ensemble made up of the most-talented Airmen in the force, entertains military and civilian audiences around the globe with music.
