SUMTER, S.C. -- Airman 1st Class Sheila Smith, a performer with Tops In Blue, unloads stage equipment before performing for the Sumter community at Patriot Hall Feb. 3. Tops in Blue, an ensemble made up of the most-talented Airmen in the force, entertains military and civilian audiences around the globe with music.
