TCE cleanup explained
SHAW AIR FORCE BASE, S.C. -- Robyn Scott, LRS Federal, provides an update on a community survey recently completed regarding the Restoration Advisory Board's cleanup effort of trichloroethylene, or TCE, in local ground water. LRS Federal assists Shaw in gauging community reactions to the contamination. Shaw has been aggressively cleaning up TCE since the early 1990s. The purpose of the RAB meeting is to inform the public about the progress and answer any questions or concerns they may have. (U.S. Air Force photo/Tech. Sgt. Kevin Williams)
