Young recyclers

SHAW AIR FORCE BASE, S.C. -- Tech. Sgt. Andrew Teague, 20th Civil Engineer Squadron installation solid waste manager, energizes the children and proclaims "I want YOU to recycle" Nov. 15 during America Recycles Day. Sergeant Teague is the recycling liaison between the base and Sumter County and city programs.
