Customer service improvements

SHAW AIR FORCE BASE, S.C. -- Senior Airman Brittany Minton, 20th Comptroller Squadron finance special actions technician, shows co-workers the Air Force One Stop kiosk Oct. 31. The kiosk computer station can be placed anywhere on Shaw and can be accessed by servicemembers to check their Mypay, Thrift Saving's Plan, AF Portal and much more. Shaw's finance team is being revamped throughout November and some technicians are relocating to the new Air Force Financial Service Center at Ellsworth AFB, S.D.
