Pilot exchange program

SHAW AIR FORCE BASE, S.C. -- Flight Lieutenant Andrew Mallery-Blythe, a Royal Air Force (United Kingdom) exchange pilot, stands in front a 79th Fighter Squadron F-16 here Aug. 21.
