The timing's right

SHAW AIR FORCE BASE, S.C. -- Tech. Sgt. Jody Brown is tested by Master Sgt. Tedisha Baker, both from 20th Aeromedical-Dental Squadron, on the step portion of the microfit assessment at the Health and Wellness Center May 22. The assessment provides information on the members fitness level to include body mass index, muscular strength, flexibility and aerobic fitness. The microfit assessment test is being offered to active-duty members in support of national fitness and sports month. The test is offered to dependents throughout the year as requested.
