SHAW AIR FORCE BASE, S.C. -- Capt. Travis Guidt, 20th Civil Engineer Squadron, explains the role of the civil engineer cantonment area to 24 members of Leadership Sumter during a Phase II operational readiness exercise May 9. Leadership Sumter is a 10-month leadership class sponsored by the Sumter Chamber of Commence for top management in business, industry, government and education.
