Shaw dedicates new library
SHAW AIR FORCE BASE, S.C. -- Barbara McElveen, widow of W. Ashby "Mayor Bubba" McElveen Jr., and Col. James Post, 20th Fighter Wing commander, watch the unveiling of the McElveen library at the dedication ceremony April 27. Shaw dedicated its new, state-of-the-art library in memory of "Mayor Bubba," well-known former mayor of Sumter.
