SHAW AIR FORCE BASE, S.C. -- David Contee, son of Barbara and retired Master Sgt. Howard Contee, is the 2006 Shaw Air Force Base Youth of the Year. David, who has been attending Shaw's Teen Center for four years, won the award and title for outstanding volunteerism to the community and self-improvement activities through the Boys and Girls Club Keystone program.
