20th FW Airmen load up for victory

SHAW AIR FORCE BASE, S.C. -- The 79th Aircraft Maintenance Unit load crew, (front to back) Staff Sgt. Miquel Duarte and Senior Airmen Steve Dash and Jacob Tolman, load an AIM-9 Sidewinder onto an F-16 during the Load Crew of the Year competition March 16 in hangar 1200. Each of the four crews who competed had previously won a quarterly load crew competition to earn their position in the annual event.
