JWOD picnic

SHAW AIR FORCE BASE, S.C. - Master Sgt. Barbara Bonnette and Tech. Sgt. Terry Harrelson hand out free coffee mugs during the annual Javits-Wagner-O'Day picnic held Oct. 20 at Memorial Lake. JWOD is a federal procurement initiative that creates employment and training opportunities for people who are blind or have other disabilities.
