Jordanian visit

Eight senior ranking members from the Jordan Armed Forces were here from June 19 - 28 for the Command and Control Interoperability Board Meeting, a CENTCOM-sponsored event. CENTCOM co-chairs the board with the Jordan Armed Forces. The purpose of the board is to foster command, control and communications interoperability between the United States' and Jordan's armed forces. Although this is a CENTCOM-sponsored event, it is the first time a service component, USCENTAF, has been the host. Representatives from CENTCOM, CENTAF, Navy Central Command, Army Central Command, Special Operations Central Command and other U.S. Government agencies were in attendance.
