SHAW AIR FORCE BASE, S.C. -- The common area of the suites consist of a living room, full kitchen, washer and dryer and a flat screen TV with free cable. Each Airman has his or her own bedroom with a private bathroom and walk-in closet. The new dorm officially opened March 13 during a ribbon cutting ceremony and has room for 144 occupants.
