POW/MIA remembrance
SHAW AIR FORCE BASE, S.C. -- Airmen of the 20th Fighter Wing stand at attention while the Honor Guard lay the ceremonial wreath Sept. 19 during the POW/MIA Ceremony hosted by Col. James Post, 20th FW commander. The ceremony started with a formation of Air Force and Army and concluded with a 21-gun salute, taps and a missing man fly by. Servicemembers of Shaw gathered for the ceremony to show appreciation to those who gave more of themselves than most. (U.S. Air Force photo/Staff. Sgt. Patrick Mitchell)
