SHAW AIR FORCE BASE, S.C. -- Mr. Bobby Menger, 20th Fighter Wing installation voting assistance officer, assists Mr. Rick Soos, 20th Security Forces Squadron, fill out an absentee voter's form Sept. 3. Shaw is participating in Armed Forces voters' week, which runs from Aug. 31 until Sept. 7. The program is designed to support military, DOD personnel and dependants in voting assistance.
