SHAW AIR FORCE BASE, S.C. -- Members of the Inactive Ready Reserve process in and receive paper work needed for the IRR Muster July 19. An IRR Muster is a medical screening for all former active duty members now on IRR status and also provides them with a chance to talk with an Air Force Reserve recruiter and get a military ID card if necessary.
