RED HORSE construction update
An 823rd Rapid Engineer Deployable Heavy Operational Repair Squadron Engineers Airman uses a Wacker Neuson one-ton mini steel wheel roller to smooth out a section of Patrol Road at Shaw Air Force Base, S.C., July 10, 2014.
