Rapid weapons loading showcase skills
Munitions are inspected and secured to an F-16CJ Fighting Falcon by U.S. Air Force weapons load crew members assigned to the 20th Maintenance Group during a load crew of the year competition, April 18, 2014, Shaw Air Force Base, S.C. The 20th Fighter Wing weapons standardization unit held the annual competition which brings together weapons load crew members from all three fighter squadrons at Shaw to compete against each other.
