Col. Quinn learns the ‘fuels’ trade

U.S. Air Force Col. Clark Quinn, 20th Fighter Wing vice commander, visited the flightline Oct. 24, 2013, at Shaw Air Force Base, S.C., and learned how “fuels” Airmen perform their job.
