Barbara Bonnette, 20th Contracting Squadron infrastructure flight chief, signs one of six multiple award construction contracts at Shaw Air Force Base, S.C., Dec. 12, 2014. The MACC is a contract vehicle that includes six qualified construction contractors, which will be used to award future Shaw construction projects and reduce acquisition time by 50 percent.
