Soldiers utilize Poinsett Range
U.S. Army National Guard soldiers assigned to the 1st Battalion, 169th Aviation Regiment, Ft. Bragg, N.C., adjust a mounted M240 machine gun on a UH-60 Black Hawk at Poinsett Electronic Combat Range, Sumter, S.C., Feb. 6, 2015. In 2013, Poinsett had 754 aircraft use its range for training including the F-16CM Fighting Falcon, F-15E Strike Eagle, F/A-18 Super Hornet, UH-60 Black Hawk, and AH-64 Apache.
