EOD demonstrates demolition
Smoke rises from the 20th Civil Engineer Squadron Explosive Ordnance Disposal flight’s range during the EOD flight’s working demonstration at Shaw Air Force Base, S.C., Dec. 4, 2015. Airmen from the 20th Fighter Wing Staff Agencies and 20th Comptroller Squadron visited the EOD flight to learn about their mission and how they support both the base and the local community. Approximately twice per month, EOD fields calls regarding unexploded ordnance (UXO) from the city or county of Sumter and disposes of them. (U.S. Air Force photo by Senior Airman Jonathan Bass)
