Team Shaw commemorates POW/MIA Recognition Day

William Pebley, a former prisoner of war, is helped back to his seat by 20th Fighter Wing Airmen after giving a speech during a POW/MIA ceremony at Shaw Air Force Base, S.C., Sept. 18, 2015.
