Keeping up with exercises
Have you done your Friday morning physical training? If not, then we’ve got an exercise for you. Let’s flash back to the 682nd Air Support Operations Squadron deploying to McEntire Air National Guard Base, S.C., to assemble an Air Support Operations Center in support of exercise Close Air Support Operation Dynamic Weasel, S.C., June 27, 2006. Operation Dynamic Weasel was a multi-aircraft exercise imitating combat operations that took place in Southwest Asia. Today, Team Shaw participates in annual exercises such as Red Flag, Green Flag and Checkered Flag all of which simulate the current air combat operations. (U.S. Air Force photo by Staff Sgt.
