U.S. Army Capt. (Dr.) Katherine Weber, Shaw Veterinary Treatment Facility (VTF) officer in charge, right, prepares serum, the fluid in blood that contains antibodies, while Denise Wade, Shaw VTF animal health assistant, arranges vaccines for an incoming customer at Shaw Air Force Base, S.C., May 16, 2017.
