Fallen not forgotten

A new memorial is put in place for fallen military members at Sumter Shaw Park, Sumter, S.C., May 28, 2018. Memorial Day is the only day out of the year where the flag flies at half-staff until noon in honor of war dead and is then risen to full height to honor living veterans.
