Shaw leads the way with MCA
U.S. Air Force Master Sgt. Christopher Brunsman, 20th Operations Group first sergeant, works with his team to construct a defensive fighting position during Multi-Capable Airman (MCA) training at Shaw Air Force Base, S.C., Oct. 17, 2023. The Team Shaw MCA course invited first sergeants from across the wing to participate and better familiarize themselves with the practices and techniques being taught to the Airmen they serve, making them a vital resource in educating their squadrons on the expanding Agile Combat Employment and MCA initiatives.
