Shaw leads the way with MCA
U.S. Air Force Airmen and Army Soldiers walk in formation while exercising tactical combat movements during Multi-Capable Airman (MCA) training at Shaw Air Force Base, S.C., Oct. 17, 2023. The 20th Fighter Wing conducts the most extensive MCA training across Air Combat Command and aims to expand the course to include a more thorough academic curriculum and an immersive training environment. MCA trainers within ACC work closely together to compare training results and develop a stronger course to implement across the Air Force. (U.S. Air Force photo by Airman 1st Class Steven Cardo)
