U.S. Air Force Tech. Sgt. Thomas Pipenberg, 79th Fighter Generation Squadron flightline expediter, loads an M-4 magazine with a 3-D printed M-4 Magazine Speed Loading Ram (MMSLR) at Shaw Air Force Base, S.C., Nov. 8, 2023. The MMSLR reduces the time required to load 30 rounds one-by-one into a magazine and also reduces safety hazards, such as pinching or cutting service members on the metal magazine during the loading process.
