50th ANNIVERSARY WILD WEASEL CONFERENCE

SHAW AIR FORCE BASE, S.C. --  The 50th anniversary Wild Weasel conference will
be held here, June 5.

Retired WW will engage present day 20th Fighter Wing pilots to discuss
tactics, capabilities, and our WW heritage and history.

This will act as the local celebration of the 50th anniversary of the WW mission.

The WW are the originators of the suppression of enemy air defense mission
and the reason the 20th FW is here today.

Throughout the day visiting WWs will participate in a breakfast, red carpet
simulators, a reveal of the 50th anniversary tail flash, and tours of the
squadrons and Flight Line.
