SHAW AIRCRAFT RESUME NIGHT FLYING

SHAW AIR FORCE BASE, S.C. -- Shaw Air Force Base will increase flying activity during evening hours Tuesday through Friday.

Night flying will resume Sept. 14 and continue through Sept. 17.

These flights provide Shaw F-16 pilots with the opportunity to train with night vision equipment and practice tactics that are critical to survivability in combat.
