Shaw Hosts Restoration Advisory Board Meeting

SHAW AIR FORCE BASE, S.C. --  The public is invited to a semiannual Restoration Advisory Board meeting at 6:30 p.m. Monday in the New Beginning Banquet Facility at 1335 Peach Orchard Road (highway 441) in Sumter. 

The base, in conjunction with the city and county of Sumter, and the South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control, will present the status of restoration activities and progress at the base's environmental sites. Interested residents are encouraged to attend.
