Airmen receive guidance from leadership during speed mentoring events at Shaw Air Force Base, S.C., in 2016 and 2015. Shaw’s 5/6 organization hosted speed mentoring events which can help build networks and mentoring relationships, as well as provide avenues for Airmen to ask questions and get advice from senior leaders.
