Team Shaw takes fitness to the max

Not only Airmen, but all Team Shaw members need to stay safe and healthy during the upcoming months of summer, and being fit plays a role in this process. One of the four pillars of Airman resiliency (spiritual, physical, emotional, and social) advocates being physically healthy, which experts say can positively affect the remaining three pillars. Shaw's fitness center offers many programs for Airmen, Soldiers and civilians to take advantage of. The Fit Max course, one such program, is an interval-based, strength and cardio-building program.
