6/19/2012 - SHAW AIR FORCE BASE, S.C. -- U.S. Air Force Col. Marvin Smith, U.S. AFCENT A7 director of installations, celebrated his retirement ceremony at Shaw's community center, June 15 here. Smith served 27 years of active duty military service.
